What’s the criteria for Gallup’s underemployment survey?

Gallup surveyed more than 20,000 U.S. adults from January 2 to 31. The results have a 1 percentage point margin of error.

I would be interested to see the criteria and questions used in this survey. Does underemployment only cover part-time versus full-time? People always think they’re paid less than they’re worth. I’m sure there are plenty of baristas in Portland with MFAs who feel they are underemployed. In fact, they are not I’m sorry to say.
